Thank you for applying for AiShort's auto-renewal service. Please carefully read the "AiShort Auto-Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between you and AiShort (hereinafter referred to as "AiShort") regarding the auto-renewal service. Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability. Your act of checking the box to agree will be deemed as acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
The auto-renewal service is designed to prevent you from failing to renew your subscription in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons. You authorize AiShort, when your premium membership is about to expire, to entrust payment channels to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your bound third-party payment account, bank card, or communication account (collectively referred to as "Account") without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, or other information. Billing cycles include monthly, annual, etc., and you can select the appropriate cycle based on the prompts on the page. If renewal fails due to insufficient balance in the above Account, AiShort has the right to suspend/terminate the corresponding premium membership rights and services. Unless otherwise provided by law, AiShort will not refund any fees you have already paid in any way.
3.1 AiShort will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your above Account 24 hours before the expiration of the auto-renewal service period and after expiration. The deducted amount will be recorded in the premium membership payment record, and the validity period of the premium membership will be extended accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, AiShort has the right to immediately collect the fee and will not provide a refund service. If there is an error during the deduction process, AiShort and you should cooperate closely to identify the cause and each party shall bear the losses caused by their own fault. If you made the purchase through the iOS channel, please note that the deduction time for the aforementioned auto-renewal service shall be subject to the actual deduction time of the iOS channel.
3.2 AiShort may modify this Agreement based on business conditions and will publish and notify you of the revised Agreement content on this page. If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, you may cancel the auto-renewal service; if you continue to use this service, it will be deemed that you have known, agreed to, and accepted all terms of the revised Agreement.
3.3 The auto-renewal service is subject to your independent choice to cancel or not. If you choose not to cancel, it means you agree that AiShort has the right to continuously attempt deductions at regular intervals according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, AiShort will activate the premium membership service for the next billing cycle for you. If you renew your premium membership during its validity period, the validity period will be extended based on the original service validity period.
If you purchased the auto-renewal service through the AppStore, due to Apple's relevant regulations, we cannot directly cancel it for you. You can close it through the following operations: Open "Settings" → tap "Apple ID" → tap "Subscriptions" → select "AiShort" → tap "Cancel Subscription". Alternatively, you can visit the following website (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039) and follow the step-by-step instructions to cancel.
5.1 Unless otherwise announced by AiShort, this Agreement shall take effect upon your activation of the auto-renewal service and shall remain in effect until you terminate the auto-renewal service or cancel your account. You have the right to choose to terminate the auto-renewal service, and after termination, AiShort will stop providing you with the auto-renewal service. The auto-renewal deduction instructions that you have already issued before choosing to terminate the auto-renewal service shall remain valid, and AiShort will not refund any fees that have been deducted based on such instructions.
5.2 AiShort has the right to suspend or terminate the auto-renewal service due to its own business adjustments, price changes, or other reasons. In the event of such circumstances, AiShort will notify you through an announcement.
The interpretation, validity, and execution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
